At Solace Bands, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new watch band doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to ensure your return is tracked and secure.
Package Your Band
Place the unworn watch band in its original packaging and attach the shipping label to the outside of the padded mailer.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the carrier; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
